Job Level Managerial
• Control warehouse with system & cards system for audit purpose. • Receiving goods from the supplier and transfer to showrooms. • Support technician team, worker and driver for assembling tasks. • Deliver order on time. • Communicate with showrooms & customer services departments, to make our clients satisfy. • Prepare reports for Management for stock movement and report of slow and fast items, and the defected. • Send the overtimes and vacations and notifications to the HR. • Send the warehouse expenses vouchers to the finance Dep. • Give order for admin how to arrange warehouse. • Arrange maintainers with head of technician team for when and how maintainers it. • Make the schedule for the technician and worker to customer service to make a report. • Following the transfers out from the store to the warehouse and confirm it in the system. • Arrange the locations in the warehouse and stick the label for each rooms including (Description, size, color, and No. of boxes). • Send confirmation of the shipment receiving over the mail to the warehouse & Supply chain manager. Including report about the status of the received items. (What is completed and what is defected..) • Send PR for the required material and packing before finished in the warehouse.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in logistics or any related field. • Experience from 3 to 5 years in same field. • Strong Leadership skills. • Excellent managerial skills. • Strong knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, word, power point etc…) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good knowledge of general accounting procedures • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information • Good organizational and analytical skills
