- Participate in setting companys long-term and short-term goals, policies and procedures. - Preparing and updating job descriptions. - Preparing, applying and reviewing performance appraisal. - Assist in identifying training needs and applying training programs. - Assist in hiring process by coordinating job posting, reviewing resumes, and performing interviews and reference checks. - Follow up employees attendance system. - Participate in preparing employees salaries and payroll. - Follow up with the social insurance and work office to handle all required issues. - Handle all the medical insurance issues. - Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. - Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes. - Support operations by supervising stuff, planning, organizing and implementing administrative systems.
Qualifications Education: - Relevant university degree preferred in Business Administration. - HR Diploma is a plus. Work Experience: - Min 5 years working in factories and manufacturing industries.
