• Public administration and payroll, personnel work organizational and functional structure of the full of Egyptian labor law and related regulations and procedures. Human recourse capabilities such as recruiting skills interviewing, selection, and setting employee benefits appraisal system.
Qualifications • Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in one or more operational. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in public administration, business or a closely related field. • Age not more 35 years, good looking and cheerful face, • Leadership, problem solving capabilities, Knowledge of rules, regulations, policies and procedures. • Excellent knowledge of MS ( MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel , MS Power Point ) Practical Experience in ERP system for payroll and H.R. • Excellent writing, reading and spoken in Arabic language. • Very good writing, reading and spoken in English language. • Preferably to have a fair writing, reading and spoken in other 3rd language. • Certificates and courses in area of work exposures preferably requested.
