Project manager is responsible for all aspects of the project implementation, including the preparation, planning, organization, and coordination with partners as well as documentation of all the steps planned and executed in the project. 2. Determine if external consultants will be required to complete project plan and mange appropriate staffing resources. 3. Lead, train, evaluate and motivate subordinates on proactive basis. 4. Establish clear ownership for tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed and provide timely feedback. 5. Writing and preparing technical reports on the activities of the project monthly, quarterly and annually. 6. Ensure that all required guidelines and procedures of quality are followed. 7. Follow-up and provide status reports regularly while monitoring all field activities according to the project milestones and timeline. 8. Resolve any problems throughout the execution of the project. 9. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in pharmaceutical science. - Experience: o Preferably 1-2 years of project management experience.
