- Processing invoices and other claims for payment from Vendors. Verifying that expenditures adhere to payment policies of the Firm. - Reviewing and auditing Expense Reports of lawyers and clerks to ensure they conform to Firm reimbursements policies and rules. - Preparing checks and bank transfers and recording vouchers/transactions in Financial System (SAP). For client related expenses, applying cash and non-cash costs to the various client/matters in the Billing System. - Handling Payroll - Performing bank reconciliations on a monthly basis and reconciling trial balance accounts - Assist in providing external accountants with required reports for local statutory purposes (cash receipts and cash disbursements) - Assisting Financial Controller in the preparation of the Monthly and Quarterly Report submissions to the Firm, Cashflow forecasts, Annual Budget, and other Firm reporting requirements as needed. - Coordinating Petty Cash with Accounts Payable Coordinator and acting as back-up in handling Petty Cash functions whenever needed. - Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting – English Section. - 4-5 years of accounting experience within a multinational company (including Accounts Payable, Budgeting and Payroll - Knowledge of income tax laws and social insurance laws (as related to Payroll) - SAP Experience preferable

Other Skills - Very strong accounting background and good analytical and auditing skills - In depth knowledge and experience in working with Chart of Accounts and various financial reports (Income Statements and Trial Balances) - High Accuracy and attention to details - Team player, fast learner and able to work unsupervised - Strong commitment to adhering to and enforcing accounting policies and meeting deadlines - Good verbal and written communication skills - Good knowledge of English both spoken and written - Good computer knowledge (Excel & automated financial systems, preferably SAP)
