     1) Responsible for fully understanding and implementing the Marketing & Communications Identity Guideline Manual 2) Responsible for working on updating the Communications Oracle Database with contacts of donor organizations, local and international NGOs, multinational and private companies 3) Assist in initiating meetings with relevant donors to develop a rapport with and seek grants from them 4) Identify relevant websites for calls for proposals in Egypt for microfinance institutions and assist in writing and submitting proposals to donors for funding retreats and management training courses for Al Tadamun staff 5) Assist in creating a Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR function by identifying the companies in Egypt that have CSR culture embedded in their organizations. And to seek opportunities to develop CSR campaigns 6) Conduct visits to community service associations and youth centers in the areas that Al Tadamun works in, in order to promote about Al Tadamun products and to create partnership of cooperation with selected associations 7) Responsible for accompanying consultants, donors and visitors in field visits to Al Tadamun’s branches and clients; this would include assisting them in the process of data gathering, researches, translation and coordination with relevant parties 8) Work closely with Al Tadamun partners to assist in gathering requested information 9) Identify a list of relevant national and international conferences that Al Tadamun can participate in to attract potential donors 10) Assist in the development of the department’s annual work-plan 11) Write and edit reports and memos to top management and branches in English and Arabic 12) Assist in events organized by Al Tadamun 13) Responsible for filing documents
Qualifications    • Bachelor of Business Administration / Mass Communications • Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English languages • Excellent proposal writing skills in both Arabic and English is a must • Ability to translate from English to Arabic and from Arabic to English • 0-2 years of experience in mass communications / business administration is preferable • Familiar with all Windows applications and multi-media • Strong negotiation and communication skills are a must • Ability and willingness to work with community service associations • Energetic, motivated, and hard worker • Ability to work under pressure • Experience in the development field is a plus • Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility is a plus
