Responsible for delivering production outputs through preparing and implementing the production schedule in coordination with production manager & other departments. - supervise, coach and direct the production staff (shift leaders, operators, and handling personnel) - Achieve the maximum productivity of the shift, with high quality. - implement safe working practices as per the company’s health and safety procedures. -Checking technical matters related to the properties of materials, quality of the work and the technical methodologies of producing products. -Take receipt of incoming technical information in paper and digital format and ensure safe and proper storage, maintain adequate records of all information received. -Prepare assembly and detail drawings on the basis of the information and instruction provided. -Ensure compliance of all drawing office procedures with good practice and Quality Assurance procedures, as appropriate. -Undertake the plotting and issue of technical drawings as per project requirements. -Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of CADD procedures and software programs to achieve efficient use of resources. -To ensure that resources, plant, equipment tooling and materials are suitable , available and in good working condition. - Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management . -Coordinate all resources to ensure product execution and completion. -Ensure that work procedures and method statements for all work activities are prepared and followed during work execution
Qualifications B.sc of Mechanical engineering (Design and Production Section). - From 0 to 2 years experience in industrial field (metal sheet). - Excellent command of English language. - Excellent Knowledge of Autocad, 3D Modeling Program, finite element analysis. - Excellent communication skills, proactive, organized with good time management.
