-Organizing and supporting meetings, events and functions to support delivery of the corporate social (CR) strategy -Maintain and distribute CR project tracker -Event coordination support for CR internal employee engagement activities -Event coordination support for CR external stakeholder activities -Project coordination support of existing CR projects and programs, developing and maintaining project milestone plans, communications plans and information systems -Coordinate Liberty Global’s Employees in the Community program -Respond to and coordinate responses on charitable requests and activities from within the business -Responsible for the Health and Wellness program -Support CR communications projects -Coordinate the dissemination of the yearly CR Report -Support relationships with external stakeholders and external partners & vendor -Support relationships with other departments on CR, such as Marketing, Customer Care, People, Procurement
Qualifications -1-2 years of work experience in a similar function -A demonstrable interest and knowledge of corporate responsibility and sustainability issues -Budget management skills -Conceptual and project coordination skills -Strong Communication and presentation skills -Strong attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness -Ability to focus on delivering outcomes in order to meet deadlines with quality. -High level of Writing skills -IT competence, including familiarity with MS Office products -Self-motivated and proactive in the working environment -CAIRO RESIDENCY AND DAKAHLIA GOVERNMENT
