- Assist in Manage the effective achievement of Packaging Development objectives through the leadership of the Innovation– setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of the Packaging Development. - Assist in Prepare and recommend the Packaging Development to make prototypes of the bottles & tin can and some ideas on the production line with the suppliers and some materials which is used in the tests and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon. - Assist in Recommend improvements to packaging development policy and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of packaging development activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree (Technical major, example: Engineering, science, Pharmacology) • 2 years of experience in related business (preferably a multinational company especially in packaging field). • Presentation skills • Analytical skills • Communication Skills
