1. To execute the maintenance plan efficiently and coordinate with all other departments to achieve the company targets, profitability and strategy 2. To ensure proper training & development of all maintenance staff and to follow their day to day work, skills matrix and assignment. 3. To respond immediately and efficiently to any machine breakdown. 4. To prepare the daily, weekly, monthly & annual routine and preventive maintenance plan for all factory machinery. 5. To ensure the excellent implementation of the company ERP system 6. To lead, motivate, upgrade and empower the maintenance staff 7. To put an aggressive proactive plan to enhance the quality level and efficiency of all machinery and reduce the scrap and waste. 8. To report to Maintenance Manager.
Qualifications 3-5 Yrs of Experience. Very good computer skills.
