- Develop Online SharePoint sites on Office 365 to implement all company forms, procedures & workflows - Develop Dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. - Establish connections to existing SAP Microsoft SQL DB - Create reports & queries for SAP B1 using crystal reports - Manage office 365 services - Provide all necessary trainings for company employees on all developed and configured tools. - Responsible on company public website - Communicate with IT suppliers & services providers to provide the required services to company network equipment and follow up the executions of those services till completion - Perform & responsible on all IT department activities - Administrate & maintain the company network - Responsible on company network security - Setup & maintain all Network equipment. - Trouble shoot and fix all IT problems. - Manage and maintain backups, antivirus, firewall - Creatively in analyzing problems to its roots and providing out of the box solutions. - Continuous improvement for personal skills & knowledge - Ensure all manufacturer regulatory requirements & company procedures are met and carried out correctly. - Reporting.
Qualifications - BSc. Of Computer science. - MCSE Certified -At least 2 years’ experience in a regulated environment. - Experienced with; SharePoint 365, Power BI, Windows 2008 Server, MS SQL queries, Crystal report, Office 365 administration , Cyberoam Firewall, MyPBX administration & configuration. - Very good English written & conversation. - Good presentation & communication skills
