1.Acts as primary Accounts Payable contact for vendors, manages and maintains vendor records in SAP. 2.Follow Up with suppliers, shipping agencies till delivering all goods and equipment’s in the inventory 3.Follow up with suppliers reimbursements based on the agreed contract with suppliers 4.Follow-up to the payment of commissions owed to suppliers 5.Processes agency purchase orders and maintains records of receipt of goods and services. 6.Reviews the processes of check requests and invoices. 7.Prepares and mails signed checks. 8.Provides monthly accounts payable reports and other information needed for filing of grants claims and for analysis of agency and program expenses.
Qualifications •ERP experience is a must •1-3 years of experience •Proven working experience in accounting or relevant field •Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures •Excellent accounting software user •Strong attention to detail and confidentiality •Advanced degree in Accounting
