Maintain proper relationship & communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance to governmental and Egyptian labor law standards. Make sure that all governmental employees records are up to date. Ensure issuing all governmental periodical payments checks on time in coordination with the finance department. Performs administrative duties in support of the maintenance of employee records, including personnel status updates, terminations, and new hires. Responsible for employees attendance, leaves, shifts and absences. Review and manage employee after hiring benefits including social insurance (form 1,2) , medical insurance, governmental medical insurance. Handle labor and social insurance office complaints. Review medical insurance new additions, deletions & claims, and manage invoices payments. Enters employee data into the companys Oms system . Maintain all employees files as hard and soft copy
Qualifications Bachelor degree. 5 years of experience in Personnel

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
