- Forming and directing the business strategy for marketing - Responsible for the management of real estate marketing in collaboration with the marketing team to ultimately drive business unit growth and profitability. - Oversees all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy this includes design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures and direct response plus radio and television spots needed for broadcast campaigns - Supervises a staff of professionals and serves as an internal consultant to any business units within the corporation. - Achieve targets set by the company in relation to legal completions (units sold), Marketing Budget Spend, average selling price. - Refine overall brand positioning, USP and create brand guidelines. - Prepare market research and competitor analysis with continual updates. - Define Target Markets and develop applicable pricing models. - Create marketing and PR strategy for pre-launch and post launch era consistent with the overall business strategy. - Responsible for the design and presentation of all Sales environments and marketing material for all aspects of a mixed use community. - Manage advertising schedules and create/implement design concepts. - Production of presentational/marketing material, in line with requirements. - Ensure the sales team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities, and are provided with full support in achieving these, in terms of communication, training and development, and the organization of the department’s workload. - Report to the board when required. - Recruit and train staff. - Manage sales administration process – including cooperation with the legal department - Manage sales collection process – including cooperation with the finance department. - Responsible for analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the marketing campaign.
