•To run production lines & deliver consistent productivity at an optimal cost. •Plan daily production activities, review production reports and address variances. •Oversee all aspects of machinery and equipment maintenance and operations including ordering of machine parts, inspection and trouble-shooting. •To ensure line operation at minimum losses of packaging material, and proper usage of PPE. •Planning of manpower & activities to optimize the utilization. •Oversee daily labor requirements to maximize productivity. •Conduct on-the-job training for less experienced technicians. •Support to make safety hazard analysis for machines, people and process. •Follow up on SAP inputs –production module. •Follow up on the implementation of TPM System. •Coordination with other concerned departments to achieve the targets.
Qualifications •Willing to relocate to Salhia City. •Very good computer literature especially for MS Office package. •Figures Orientation & Analytical Skills. •Preferably if aware of operations requirements such as TPM, GMPs, 5s and safety procedures.
