• To manage the QC activities efficiently and coordinate with all other departments to achieve the company targets, profitability and strategy • To ensure proper training & development of all QC staff and to follow their day to day work, skills matrix and assignment. • To achieve customer quality requirement and satisfaction and respond immediately to any claim • To ensure the excellent implementation of the company ERP system • To lead, motivate, upgrade and empower the QC staff • To follow the performance of all incoming, in process, final quality duties and periodic analysis & audits to achieve high quality standards • To put an aggressive proactive plan to enhance the quality level and reduce the scrap and waste. • Reporting to Quality Department Senior Manager.
Qualifications • Engineering University degree in engineering. • 5-8 Years of experience in Quality control field in manufacturing. • 3 Years in managerial level. • Experience in AUTOMOTIVE field will be an asset. • Excellent office computer skills. • Leadership, managerial, communication and presentation skills.
