Description Draft various contracts in different fields, e.g. Letters of Intent, letters of Engagement & initial phases to ensure reaching contracts targets and guarantee the smooth execution. Work on predictability during negotiations and drafting phases by balancing costs against risks, determine metrics for quality/delivery and methods of assessment to identify problems and conflicts early before occurrence. Manage different contracts-e.g. Exit (termination/expiration) through conducting a smooth disengagement with minimal disruption to the business and operations that may require in some contracts an Exit Plan. Assist in providing written legal opinions for all aspects of FMCG business in order to create legal solutions for day-to-day businesss needs and to keep pace with dynamic market changes and also in varied areas of practices, such as: Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Competition & Anti-Monopolistic Practices Law, Illegal Earnings Law, Consumer Protection Law. Assist in preparing all required procedures and obtaining all needed documents for the OGM and Extra-OGM (Ordinary and Extra-Ordinary General Assembly Shareholders Meetings). Coordinate with IP agent to register and renew all Trademarks & Industrial designs to save the good will of the company. Manage and keep sustainable relations between the company & outsourcing IPR lawyers to ensure the right flow in all related matters.
Qualifications Very Good language and communication skills (Arabic and English). Good analytical skills and a dynamic attitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company Image to the public. Service driven attitude. Team player. Flexible and highly accurate.
