Description Personnel - Interprets and implements company policies and government Tax & Social insurance regulations affecting payroll procedures. - Conducts personnel-related hearings and investigations and implements disciplinary actions - Manages employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations. - Track and follow up on attendance of all employees in the site - Track employees absences (regular/ irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly - Follow-up on each employees annual leave, sick leave and send them letters containing remaining balances. - Employee Files preparation and receiving the required hiring documents from the Recruitment Specialist. - Follow-up on the renewal of the annual contracts in terms of sending the forms and the required signatures then send the forms to the specialist to issue the contract. - Responsible for recruitment cycle specially with the blue collar & white collar. - Specific recruitment processing tasks include: short listing candidate CVs against job descriptions, updating vacancy and applicant status within the recruitment procedure, organizing interviews and producing interview schedules, liaising with applicants to provide updates on their progress ,checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications etc - Process monthly changes payroll. - Reviews documentation and processing of payroll wages and deductions from employees to ensure accuracy after reporting and ensure that deviations are corrected - Analyzes payroll payments & statistics, maintains payroll control records and calculations
Qualifications Bachelor Degree from the faculty of law or commerce. High communication skills. Very Good computer skills (Excel/Word). Accredited HR Diploma "Preferable"
