Responsible for Performance Appraisals and Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals. Create definitions of desired individual or group performance. Maintain and update organizational Charts in alignment with (Promotions, resignations, Internal Transfers, New Hires and approved Manpower Plans). Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
Qualifications Any High Bachelor degree. HR certificate is must. Minimum of 5 years working experience in same field and Minimum 2 years in related position Strong Experience Organizational Development design
