Description 1. Coordinates the College-wide and university scholarship review, selection process, and campus allocation distribution. 2. Coordinates the implementation and maintenance of the Scholarship software program, including entering fund, scholarship, and other information needed. 3. Annually reviews existing scholarship policies and procedures and makes recommendations for university-wide implementation strategies to bring uniformity to overall scholarship program at SU 4. Serves as the clearinghouse for unresolved and untimely disbursement of scholarships when all efforts have been exhausted at the campus level. 5. Provides oversight and supervision of SU scholarship programs by reviewing, approving, and managing the acceptance and filing of fully executed agreements, auditing documentation of existing grants policy, and monitoring active scholarship accounts to ensure that scholarships are awarded within established guidelines. 6. Monitors and prepares scholarship projections and expenditure reports of all Scholarship funds awarded annually to students and prepares reports upon request. 7. Represents SU, as needed, in the high schools, community groups, and at other scheduled events and activities as deemed appropriate. 8. Conducts research to identify scholarship opportunities at the local and international level that might be available as well as prospective students. 9. Updates and maintains the scholarship database and revises the scholarship webpage as needed. 10. Manages the electronic scholarship application as well as Supports and monitors all scholarship accounts. 11. Assists with the management of scholarship accounts. 12. Assists with the preparation of budgets for scholarship requests.

Qualifications Administrative experience. Knowledge of online scholarship systems preferred. Experience in a higher education setting strongly preferred. Knowledge of business English, spelling, accounting, record keeping and organizational responsibilities. Knowledge of word processing and computer software including: Excel, Microsoft Word, and Windows. Knowledge of college procedures including student admissions and registration. Knowledge of modern business practices.
