Description Apply a well-developed knowledge base and technical/business understanding across functional areas and to offer quality customer service: first level technical support, quotations (the more complex requests are transferred to back office). ï‚§ Coordinate and schedule including liaising with customers, making travel arrangements, and organizing site visits. ï‚§ Enter credit memos, returns and warrant credits. ï‚§ Coordinate return of defective material from customers, distributors and service centers. ï‚§ Assist in successfully executing plans, policies and projects. ï‚§ Understand the customers requirements either communicated via phone, fax, e-mail or other media. ï‚§ Offer solutions to customers needs and specification. ï‚§ Produce SAP CS Service orders and SAP CRM quotations. ï‚§ Apply competent knowledge of product features advantages, benefits, and be able to professionally represent these to the customer. ï‚§ Professionally dealing with product, price and availability enquiries, literature requests, use of Grundfos Product Center. ï‚§ Follow up and adhere to the business processes. ï‚§ Behave in a professional manner with customers at all times. ï‚§ Answer the telephone in an agreed manner and within an agreed period of time. ï‚§ Work with existing IT systems in a manner that uses the systems efficiently and work to the required standards. ï‚§ Keep communication with sales engineers related to opportunities and quotations.

Qualifications Most likely to have 1-3 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education. University degree in engineering.
