Description Satisfy customers daily requirements, ensure customers deliveries commitments done. Manage and develop sound business relationships with customers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to support sales growth. Identify and capture opportunities in his/her area. Help in implementation of Coats prices plan successfully. Work closely with customers needs and coordinate activities to satisfy customers requirements. Listening to Coats customers business complains issues and shares it with correct department.
Qualifications - University graduate (English section is highly preferred) - Min. 1 year of experience in (Customer Services - Logistic - Export - Business English )

Compensations Transportation allowed. Salary range: 2500 to 3000 net salary + Medical and social insurance
Salary (L.E.) 2000 - 4000 EGP
Comments working hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Location: 10th of Ramadan
