Description Lead production team to achieving target of the pre-determined production plan allocated for each shift. Handling production issues that disrupt the production process, reporting them to Production Head. Implementing predetermined production plans through planning the required raw materials and preparing shifts schedules accordingly. Supervising & monitoring operators and helpers to ensure the accuracy of executing the production plan. Ensuring the application of the quality standards. Work closely with the production shift leader to control and implement the internal and legal specifications and guidelines concerning hygiene, HACCP, food and work safety and environmental protection. Monitoring the release of raw materials from warehouses. Monitoring scrap rates, analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce scrap. Continuously developing plans for cost reduction. Participate in continuous improvement activities related with quality.
Qualifications Bachelor of engineering (Major: production is preferred). Very Good/Excellent command of English. FMCG experience is a must (from 3-5 years) Gender: Males only Cairo residence only can apply. Flexible with working on rotational shifts. Ability to handle stress. Good communication skills.
