Description Monitor compliance to all packaging and raw materials suppliers. Execution of the Quality Programs which include, but are not limited to: Specification checks, Process Control, Process Development & Quality Troubleshooting. Supervise sanitation and deep cleaning processes in all plants areas. Maintain strictest standards of hygiene in laboratory area. Lead the corrective/preventive action plans regarding out of specs samples. Report out of specs packaging/raw materials and follow up on corrective actions. Ensure compliance to packaging specs and sanitation standards. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) coordination, verification and training. Complete necessary reports and documents that address above issues.
Qualifications Cairo residence only can apply. Bachelor of agriculture, engineering FMCG experience (from 0 - 2 years). Good knowledge of calibration and quality standards for food safety. Good knowledge of GMPs & HACCP. Flexible with working on rotational shifts. Ability to handle stress. Good communication skills.
