Description Installs, troubleshoots, services, related PC software, telephones, cables, and connectors. Provides Hardware, software support. Installs, services, and repairs computers, tablets, laptops and installs company software. Maintains trouble logs. Instructs users in the use of computers and networks. Investigates information, network, and communications needs of users, and makes recommendations regarding software and hardware. Moves equipment from office to office. Provides support to users and troubleshoots/resolves problems. Ensure end-users are supported quickly and efficiently for incidents, problems, and requests; reduce first-call- resolution times; must have excellent judgment for when to escalate. Ensure the LAN in office is working efficiently.

Qualifications Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Preferable to have CCNA, MCP or MCTS certifications Having good documentation skills. Strong troubleshooting and problems diagnosing skills. Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and 2012. Proficiency in Microsoft products (ex. Windows OS, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio). Proficiency in remote administration and troubleshooting of desktop PCs. Experience in Networking Topology; Firewall installation; configuration. Hardware experience with mobile OS tablets would be highly desirable.
