Description Provide excellent customer service to students/parents and staff. Follows up with students and parents regarding delinquent accounts, late fees, and financial holds. Process account information, customer information, and a variety of other forms of documents by resolving inconsistencies and reviewing data for errors using standard data entry procedures. Assists students with special payment problems. Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors; Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to the supervisor. Maintain logs of activities and completed work. Computes and prepares the bus payment sheets in accordance to the School policy. Respond to special emails for the parents questions and inquiries. Provide some special educational letters for students and parents for the purpose of Scholarships. Entering information into specific files or forms from recorded material, hand written pages or figures contained in printed files. Keeping records of tasks, files and proofread reports. Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product on system. Collects student payments according to the payment method selected (if needed). Maintain other items as requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications A university degree (commerce is a must). A minimum of two (2) years of professional work experience in a relative field. Certified Microsoft Office User Specialist. Ability to enter data accurately at a given speed. Strong typing, analytical, and computer skills.
