Description Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our companys general administrative activities. Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence Handling requests and queries appropriately. Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. Make travel arrangements Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data. Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders

Qualifications Good planning and organisational skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office High level verbal and written communications skills
