Description We are looking for a competent Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods. A great asset for a Logistics Coordinator is their communication and negotiation skills. They are also well-versed in supply management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications Manage the maintenance, preparation and routing of purchase orders Prepare accurate bills of lading Revise all supply chain documentation. Communicate with forwarders suppliers to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible Review purchase orders and shipment contents prior to releasing them from our facility Track and analyze order follow up to ensure that everything is on time Respond to customer & suppliers inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
