Description - Develop and maintain relationship with existing clients. - Identify new business leads and to convert prospects into sales by preparing prospective list and recommend appropriate distributors / new clients - Follow up on clients orders (Stock and Production) and prepare a schedule for orders readiness and shipping dates - Maintain supervision on orders packing and loading - Communicate with internal departments to facilitate export activities - Prepare and administer all export documents and insure alignment with countries regulations - Ensure achievement of export sales targets - Analyze clients objectives, requirements and negotiate on prices to achieve proper partnership - Maintain knowledge on competition activities and products - Announce canceled models and new models launches to achieve all sales objectives - Prepare an inventory list
Qualifications - From 3 - 5 years of overall experience in the same field is a MUST. - Bachelor degree from any discipline. - Excellent knowledge of the exporting process, laws and regulations (Customs regulations, Freight procedures, relevant logistics...etc) is a MUST. - Knowledge of international contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs and trading regulations. - Successful record of closing exporting deals. - Excellent customer service skills. - The ability to communicate in a foreign language. (Basically in English and any other language is highly preferred) - Working under pressure. - The ability to work extended hours. - Excellent Computer Skills (Excel, Power point, MS Word) is a MUST. - Excellent Negotiating skills. - Verbal communication skills.
