Description Develop creative designs for the tiles of the models of the collections required. Constantly Search for the latest relevant trends in fashion around the world to develop new collections accordingly. Analyze the latest trends in comparison to the actual local and regional market requirements. Follow up with the laboratorys team to ensure new designs are relevantly produced according to suggested designs. Creatively transfer briefs provided to create new ideas and concepts and develop designs for complete models forming a whole collection Use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time Present finalized ideas and concepts to Marketing team. Estimate the time required to complete the work. Work as part of a team with marketers, sales team & laboratory team.
Qualifications Excellent knowledge of graphic software: Illustrator - Photoshop Preferably good knowledge of 3D development software: 3Ds Max - Autocad - Experience in developing artworks in general Preferably previous experience in ceramic designs Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and can meet deadlines Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment and autonomously Appropriate written and verbal skills in Arabic and English Ability to manage more than one design brief at a time Highly Creative
