Details
This is a terrific opportunity to build and lead a resourcing and recruiting team for a unique organisation with reach and impact across the Middle East and North Africa.  As Resourcing Leader, you will deliver high quality talent and an efficient service to customers across all markets and business areas.  You will build close relationships with the Regional Leadership team, becoming a trusted partner and valued expert.   You will lead, manage and develop a small resourcing team.  You will be supported by global colleagues to deploy processes, tools and best practices.

Essential Requirements:
Degree (any field)
Due to legal requirements we can only consider British or Egyptian passport holders. Must have right to work in Egypt.  
Experience:
Leading an in-house recruitment team in a large organisation
Managing internal customers
Direct sourcing of talent
Salary package:  579,581 - 679,933 EGP plus attractive benefits 
 

Knowledge:
Recruitment process & practices including metrics
Talent sourcing channels relevant to region
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Pre-employment screening

Desirable Requirements:
Degree in HR field or equivalent
Recruitment and/or CIPD qualification

Experience:
Both commercial and not-for-profit sectors
Project Management
Supplier management

Knowledge:
Education sector
Employment law
