Description - To be site based and oversee all aspects of the construction and finishing processes of our building/maintenance projects - Instruct and supervise construction personnel, contractors, and activities onsite - Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables - Select appropriate construction methods and strategies - Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget - Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to workers and other professionals - Prepare reports on work progress and budget matters, maintain organized files - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists - Respond to work delays and other problems and emergencies - Comply with legal requirements, specific building and safety codes, and local authority codes - Ensure workers are aware of all safety procedures, to ensure that the correct processes are in place to avoid accidents.
Qualifications University Degree Architecture Experienced Architect with previous experience in finishing works and US standards ASTM - ASCE to work on site as Construction Manager to supervise the various Contractual packages in our site construction project operations.
