Description - Measure and value the work to be done on site - Study the architects and engineers plans, and identify the quantity requirements and costs involved - Assist in preparing invoices - Assessment of additional quantities and costs for design variations - Make assessments, and projections for future work packages - Resolve disputes between contracting parties. - Attend meetings between Client, Contractor, and other parties.
Qualifications Civil Engineering Degree 10 years experience. Similar experience in construction and finishing works for US standard projects to work on site for our projects
