Description 1- Reading and understanding the drawing and specifications. 2- Developing Baseline schedules from scratch. 3- Performing resources loading and leveling. 4- Cost loading the baseline to generate cash flow diagrams. 5- Updating schedules. 6- Claims analyses. 7- Review construction schedules and reports. 8- Time impact analyses. 9- Creating narrative reports. 10- Corresponding with the clients to meet their needs. 11- In charge of leading three schedulers by managing productivity and efficiency rates. 12- B.SC degree in civil engineering from a recognized university. 13- Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning role, preferably working for international construction contractors. 14- Conversant in Primavera and Microsoft office.
Qualifications - Min. three years site experience + two years in planning experience (preferable to work as planner in site) - V. Good knowledge in Primavera Enterprise (preferably in addition to MS Project, Primavera project planner & Sure Track) - Work under pressure - Ability to multitask with focus on details.
