Description The Planning Manager is responsible for all activities related to materials management from forecasts to delivery including day-to-day communication and management of our partners, as it relates to planning and order fulfillment. This person has a business orientation and is responsible for working within the local and remote Operations team driving planning and order fulfillment. In this role, you will: Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate any gaps in plans preventing meeting order schedule, including assisting in sourcing materials as required Schedule and host meetings with manufacturing partners in Egypt and/or globally as required, reducing and eliminating shortages Manage production planning. Coordinate forecast with corporate, develop build plan and communicate to all required parties. Verify fulfillment of build/ship Plan and solve any roadblocks to meeting plan. Work with finance and other teams to monitor and report budget. Monitoring, managing and driving the OEM to assure goals/schedule is being met Be responsible for report generation and distribution. Represent the planning organization in internal program meetings
Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years Planning experience in a field 5+ years Supply Chain management experience Experience with MS Office, specifically Excel
