Description 1. Implementing the companys procurement strategy. 2. Locating new suppliers and maintaining good relationships with existing suppliers. 3. Executing and delivering all purchase orders on time, ensuring the delivery of requested specifications. 4. Ensuring minimum stock for timely production. 5. Following up on price changes, assessing and reporting their impact on the procurement process. 6. Negotiating prices, payment terms and contracts with new and existing suppliers. 7. Maintaining a complete database for all suppliers. 8. Maintaining records for orders vs. deliveries by supplier. 9. Submitting weekly/monthly reports as requested by management. 10. Following up with accounting department on payments for suppliers.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in any field. Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing position
