Description -Setting the agricultural action plan and identifying activities and goals. -Monitoring and evaluating the different activities in accordance with the identified goals. -Travelling to the different agricultural sites to oversee execution of plan. . -Reviewing and following up on different Agreement Contracts with the contracted parties. -Direct and oversee the farming activities like planting, harvesting and delivering if needed. -Implement modern techniques in planting, irrigation and harvesting of crops especially tomatoes. -Oversee the maintenance of agricultural machines and equipment. -Managing the logistics of the company including transportation of tomatoes from farm to factory. -Producing monthly, quarterly and annual reports regarding the companys work progress.
Qualifications -About 15+ years previous experience. -High Management skills. -Strong agricultural and commercial background. -Strong experience in the agricultural field. -Experience in export & import of agricultural seeds is a plus. -Extensive negotiation skills.
