Description Job Summary An organized person who sets up company profiles over different social media platforms as well as optimizes them in order to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy along with website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. Responsibilities 1-Managing all social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) from content creation to implementation and engaging constantly with our target audience 2-Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content (original texts, images, and videos) that builds customer engagement and intimacy 3-Proactively monitoring trends in both personal and commercial use of the social media 4-Continuously making improvements by capturing and analysing the appropriate social media metrics, insights, and best practices, and then act accordingly 5-Identifying and creating programs and promotions that are consistent with the companys objectives to engage with the audience within the social media space 6-Executing social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification 7-Creating and optimizing the companys pages within each platform to influence the companys digital presence
Qualifications Qualifications & Work Experience 1-Bachelors degree in marketing or an equivalent is a plus 2-4+ years of experience in social media marketing with a proven record of accomplishments 3-Ability to demonstrate creativity 4-Ability to present documented experience in social media (provide links of your work as an example) 5-Proficiency in content marketing, theory, and application 6-An in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios 7-Excellent writing and language skills in both English and Arabic
