Description Lead the pre-audit and full process audit for the supplier using Electrolux standards (ISO 1900 and ISO/TS 16949 standards.) Lead the Supplier Qualification & development Process in the new Products and prepare the part creation process (PCP). Create the risk assessment for the supplier and give the input in the scouring board. Qualify new suppliers according to ASG process and procedures and in coordination with all stakeholders. Plan and execute Pre-production activities according to Sourcing Board decisions and according to ASG procedure. Establish and drive comprehensive and independent activity plans to achieve the required suppliers improvement result. Prepare and Update Quality contracts with suppliers and in coordination with Purchasing Buyers, Commodity Managers and SQA for SCR and PPM input. Divulgate and ensure application of GSQA (Global Suppliers Quality Assurance) Procedures both vs. Suppliers and through the local organization. Investigate / visit new suppliers upon purchasing request. Create the risk assessment for the supplier and give the input in the scouring board. Inform suppliers of requirements, procedures and processes. Prepares annual audits plan and supplier visits plan. Review and follow up of the corrective action plan of the audits. Prepare input and follow up for Top PPM supplier activities. Implement SQD tools improvement activities at suppliers. Review and verify the tool for process control for the suppliers as FMEA ,MSA ,SPC ,Capability study and quality control plan ..) Participate in the consolidation and localization projects. Participate in preventive quality project.
Qualifications Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, 3-7 years experience. Good English skills - technical skills - computer skills - Leadership
