Description Plans, schedules and supervises the implementation of the preventive maintenance and inspection programs for all mechanical, electrical, instruments and associated work at terminals, workshops, LPG plants, retail outlets, commercial, government and industrial facilities. Develops and obtains approval for budget and ensures all work is carried out within these. Manages tender processes for major maintenance works and some capital projects, administers such agreements, including approval of invoices within authority levels. Plans and supervises the activities of assigned employees in the Maintenance Unit. Performs supervisory functions and exercises financial authority at the level established by management for the position. Identifies requirements for the coming year, develops annual Revex and Capex proposals for the maintenance requirements of terminals retail and commercial outlets and other corporation location. Provides estimates and justifications for any planned budget in all categories, reserves, reviews and responds to budget reports and where necessary adjusts priorities to remain within budgeted limits.
