Description Coordinating/managing formal responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ), and Requests for Information (RFI). Read, analyze and price Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Review project design data, technical drawings, specifications and plans. Provides accurate pricing for the different projects. Receive, review, disseminate tasks and follow up to ensure timely, accurate and fully responsive proposals are tendered. Establish, document and follow best practices for handling proposals. Design, build and maintain templates and a bank of common responses. Receive, review, disseminate tasks and follow up to ensure timely, accurate and fully responsive proposals are tendered. Follow up the purchasing specialists & release a report about their performances
Qualifications 2-4 Years of experience in the same field. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduates. Manufacturing background is preferred.
