**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**
We are seeking a skilled **Treasury Accountant** to join our team at the head office in **New Cairo**. This role involves managing treasury and payables activities while adhering to company policies, local laws, and Jotun standards. As part of the treasury team, you will play a crucial role in managing cash flow, fulfilling supplier payments, and ensuring smooth financial operations.
**Reporting to:** Treasury Accountant Lead
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage cash flow to meet operational requirements, prepare cash forecasts, and conduct liquidity analyses.
- Process supplier payments (local and international) with accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
- Perform supplier and bank reconciliations to resolve discrepancies between internal records and external accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, banks, and auditors to meet audit requirements and comply with regulations.
- Post and process journal entries, ensuring proper internal controls.
- Maintain financial records and reports while identifying financial risks and optimizing cash management processes.

**Educational & Professional Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
