Description Job description About the job: The applicant for this position should be familiar with all aspects of human resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits & Employment Relations. He should be able to carry out various HR projects, programs and tasks and acts as a professional point of contact for answering employee requests and queries in a diligent and effective manner. He/She will be responsible for insourced and outsourced staff in Product Deployment and Technical Support department. Compensation & Benefits: Maintain payroll process & monthly variables and ensure it is reflected in the payroll to make sure of payroll accuracy. Handle and follow up proper implementation of all cash and non-cash benefits. Assure compliance of attendance, out-of-office requests and permissions with the corporate policy. Talent Acquisition: Develop and maintain a proper pool of talents to fulfill potential vacancies. Prepare job Ads, sourcing, screen profiles of job vacancies, and interview job applicants evaluates applicant skills and makes recommendations regarding applicants qualifications. Conduct orientation sessions for new comers to assure smooth engagement. Employment Relations: Ensure SI enrollment and disenrollment of current and potential employees in the Social Insurance system. Handle internal investigations with employees to implement proper actions in accordance with Egyptian Legislations and internal policies and procedures when needed. Responsible for New employee ( Hiring Credentials, Users , their Tools and Orientation Sessions) Administer employees benefits (cash and non-cash benefits) Conduct Exit Interviews

Qualifications Required Qualifications: Relevant bachelor degree or equivalent. 6 Years of experience with all HR Functions (FMCG Industry is preferred) Fluency in English, spoken and written. PHR, HR diploma or any related professional certificates.
