Description - Collaborate with the Unit team to make a plan for the Teaching Effectiveness Unit for the academic year that aims to develop educational capabilities and skills of the academic staff, including workshops, classroom observations, and one-to-one coaching strategies. - Design and deliver orientation sessions for all new Professors and Teaching Assistants. - Participate in the student orientation program by giving a presentation on the unit and students expectations. - Conduct the three step clinical classroom observation model for both Professors and Teaching Assistants. - Set teaching and assessment standards in coordination with the Accreditation Unit. - Conduct student evaluations (lecture objective survey, midterm evaluation and final course evaluation), analyze outcomes, give feedback and prepare reports. - Communicate regularly with students (via FSLC & academic representatives) to address different concerns. - Design teaching and assessment strategies for faculty members according to their needs. - Coordinate with faculty administration, Accreditation Unit, and learning technologies to ensure proper implementation of teaching effectiveness plan. - Design and conduct a strategy for teaching assessment for all faculty members including Full-time, Part-time Professors and assistants. Prepare regular reports to reflect the teaching assessment of all faculty members. - Design, prepare and deliver foundation workshops and training sessions on needed topics as identified during classroom observations and students surveys. - Design, prepare and deliver the courses for the ZC Teaching Certification.

Qualifications Experience in designing active learning curriculum for students. - Experienced in evaluating effectiveness of different teaching strategies. - Experienced in teaching or delivering training/workshops. - Coaching, presentation, and training skills
