Description - Participation in the development of compensation plans and benefits
 Participate in the development of a policy of fixed and variable allowances in the company.
 - Preparation of the monthly payroll for employees according to the companys salary and benefits policy.
 - Preparation of statements and calculation of all deductions and included in the installments due to the deduction and settlement.
 - Calculation of social insurance and the calculation of income tax.
 - Preparation of the cost of the worker on the company.
 - Preparation of allowances such as housing allowance, external and internal payments and other allowances in accordance with the companys policy on compensation and benefits and their introduction into the human resources system.
 - Appropriate procedures to pay employees for their dues (overtime, end of service, ...) and coordinate with employees to receive them in accordance with the policy consistent with those procedures and add all updated information in the system.
 - Supervising the opening of bank accounts for new employees.
 - Follow up the loans file and ensure that they are applied in accordance with the company policy.
 - Implementation of the procedures for end of service, termination operations and others and to ensure that there are no remaining loans.
 - Preparation of employees end of service benefits in accordance with the companys end-of-service policy
 - Preparation of monthly salaries and bank transfers of salaries and sent to the bank and the transfer of salaries on the accounting program.
 - Preparation of reports for cost centers regarding salaries and wages.
 - Submission of declarations concerning the payroll tax, social insurance and the benefit fund.
 - Preparation of periodic and non-periodic reports concerning salaries
 - Calculation of periodic bonuses, promotions and all salary adjustments

Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce Department of Accounting - Experience in the same field of work not less than (3) years. - Mastering the use of computers and Microsoft Office applications. -The ability to communicate with various levels of professional and administrative professionally in Arabic and English speaking and writing. - Organizational skills and time management. - Communication skills and the art of dealing with others. - High skills in discussion. - Ability to withstand work pressure and achieve goal. - Negotiation skills in the areas of work. - Working in a team. - Skill in preparing business reports. - Ability to innovate and develop skills.
