Description -Manage relationships with existing retail accounts including growing sales of existing products, new product introductions, pricing, contract & receivables management
-Gain new profitable & sizable retail b2b accounts
-Coordinate with Marketing & the account for the implementation of point of sale (POS) promotions and advertising programs
-Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
-Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
Qualifications - Relevant business experience 10-15 years -Previous experience in FMCG, (Hyper Markets) is a must. -BA in Business or related field -English fluency (written / spoken) -Business development & sales skills -Willing to grow & expand responsibility as the business grows -Self-driven, requires little oversight to execute role -Proactive & service-minded, presents solutions to problems, presents new ideas -MS Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
