Description -Managing a team of technical staff to meet business and operational objectives. -Maintain and administer Linux/Windows hosting environments -Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management. -Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs. -Ensure security of assets, data, network access and backup systems, including implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures in the head office and sites. -Ensure data center related priorities are consistent with company objectives within the allocated budget and ensure cost effectiveness. -Managing different firewall methodologies.
Qualifications -Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science related field. -Experience of 7 to 10 years in infrastructure, hardware maintenance and recovery tools. -MCSA, CCNA courses/certificates are a mandatory. -Motivation to continuously learn and apply new knowledge. -IT Service Management & ITIL process knowledge and experience. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
