Description Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with past Experience with Lyophilizer, Chillers or refrigeration systems. Responsible for:
- Maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment in a biochemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machines cooling/refrigeration system
- Troubleshooting bottlenecks and other process problems
- Monitoring all maintenance repairs thoroughly so that all replacement parts as well as any necessary spare parts kept in inventory are ordered in a timely manner in coordination with Purchasing function
Qualifications 1. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering 2. 3-5+ years experience of facilities maintenance or HAVACsystems 3. Experience with repairing refrigeration equipment 4. Broad experience in repairing mechanical or electrical equipment in preferably a pharmaceutical or laboratory environment. 5. Understanding of Good Manufacturing Principles (cGMP), FDA Regulations, OSHA, and more. 6. Ability to Coach, Mentor & work under stress.
