Description Responsible for efficiently and effectively carrying out the operations and act as a single point of liaison with the Sales Team.
Primary responsibilities:
Coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product and the picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest levels of productivity.
Implement and enforce material-handling policies/procedures, and regulatory-compliance procedures.
Direct and control the use of the warehouse to ensure proper organization of available space effectively.
Make sure there is consistency between the ERP and the physical warehouse.
Conduct inventory to ensure proper stock levels to avoid out of stock.
Act as a reliable point of contact for the Managers and Sales team.
Evaluate the performance of respective staff and train them when required.
Candidates with previous experience of working in Warehouse of Electrical Trading (Switches, panel boards, circuit breakers, cables, spot lights) are highly preferred.
Qualifications -Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing. -User of ERP system is a plus. -Computer Skills: Good Knowledge of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point….etc.). -Excellent organization and Communication Skills. -Eye to detail. -Knowledge of Warehouse Operations -Inventory Control -Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
