Job description
providing legal support to Vodafone Egypt and its subsidiaries’ businesses and functions, except litigation.
Overall responsibility for the provision of legal support to all Vodafone Egypt businesses and functions including but not limited to the Sales, Marketing, Business development, HR, Finance, Supply Chain teams, technology) including regular contact with projects' owners and business partners locally and regionally.
Assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Company policies.
Handling on daily basis a broad range of legal matters including but not limited to: corporate governance, joint venture projects, establishing new policies and regulatory issues.
Providing legal support for Vodafone Egypt Subsidiaries.
Managing relationships with external legal counsels engaged by the Company and driving for cost effective means for delivering high quality legal services supporting the Legal Department in achieving this aim.
Working on any arbitration cases involving Vodafone Egypt and any of its Subsidiaries.
Legally qualified with significant experience gained in in-house and leading law firms.
Expert knowledge of the local laws including without limitation Telecommunications Laws and Regulations, Commercial Law, Civil Law, Social Insurance Law, Labor Law and Competition Law.
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English language.
Exceptional contracts' drafting and negotiations experience, with ability to provide innovative legal solutions in a fast moving industry
